* Your returns are evaluated after the product reaches us and is inspected, and approved

* For the return process to proceed smoothly, the product must be unused, undamaged and in resalable condition.

* Please make sure to inspect your package and the product when receiving your order.
* If you notice any shipping-related damage to the product or its packaging, do not accept the delivery and have the courier prepare a damage report.
* For products sent back to us together with the damage report, the necessary inspection is carried out and the process is initiated as soon as possible.
