COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGE CONSENT TEXT
Under this consent text, I consent to ANATOLİ TASARIM DEKORASYON HEDİYELİK EŞYA SAN. TİC. A.Ş. sending me commercial electronic messages via SMS/text message, e-mail, phone calls, automated calling systems and similar electronic communication tools for commercial purposes such as brand, product, service, campaign, discount, offer, advertising, promotion, publicity, satisfaction surveys, celebrations and similar purposes.
In this context, I acknowledge that my contact details may be processed for the purposes of sending commercial electronic messages, managing message preferences, carrying out campaign processes and keeping the necessary records; that this consent is separate from the disclosure notice under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK); and that it is valid only with respect to the sending of commercial electronic messages.
I accept that I may refuse the commercial electronic messages to be sent to me at any time, without providing any reason and free of charge, and that for this purpose I may use the opt-out/rejection mechanism contained in the messages or the company's communication channels. Following the rejection notice, the sending of commercial messages to me will be stopped; however, notifications that are mandatory under the legislation are not covered by this.
